For our 10-day trip in February, my husband and I each used our big camping/hiking backpacks. Lots of pockets, compartments, and good for us to carry around since we went to three different places. For storage (on the plane and buses), we stuffed them into big military duffle bags and put big TSA padlocks on them. That way, no one could just open a pocket and take something. We're going back in December, but only for 6 days, so I may buy on of the convertible bags that everyone has been talking about. :)
