The best all inclusive is the Royal Hideaway.
Late November should be a fine time, though once in awhile the weather can get a little cool that time of year.

The beach there right now is not so much....by Nov could be very different but it seems to be getting worse than better. It is confined to Playacar right now and PDC is ok. For that reason I would go to the Royal Playa Del Carmen in town...plus it's adults only.

It would help to know what you are looking for. Do you want adults only? Royal hideaway used to be considered the best, but they have lost most of their beach.
Look into the Iberostar Paraiso Grand. Don't know how soon you are going, but Secrets Maroma is supposed to pen this smmer and it looks like it will be one of the top AIs also.
