Royal Hideaway south of Cancun.

There are MANY adults only AI resorts in Mexico.
Royal Hideaway is one of the best, but from what I"ve been reading lately, they have lost most of their beach. You might want to check out Excellence, Secrets Capri, and Royal Playa Del Carmen.

Mexico is a big place. Narrowing it down to a coast would be good.

Cabo or Puerto Vallarta?

I have to say we loved Secrets Capri. The food was incredible, hotel and staff nice, the ocean beautfiul, the swim up bar fun. We didn't venture into Playa del Carmen as much as we should have but heard many good things about it.

I don't golf but there's supposed to be a good course there called playacar.

here's a list of golf courses in mexico fyi.

Velas Vallarta is rated 5 stars by AAA, as is Royal Hideaway. Don't know if either includes golf...

Playacar golf course is across the street from Hideaway but not included although I'm sure the concierge would be happy to book you a round. :)
