I am wanting to book an all-inclusive family vacation to the Riviera Maya and have found a good deal with an Iberostar resort. Has anyone had any recent experiences with them? Good or bad. Please share.

I use them on a regular basis to check prices and have booked with them once to Turks and Caicos. Did not have a problem with their service or their product and would not hesitate to book with them again if the price was right. However, I have found Orbitz and Travelocity to beat their price on many occasions and have used them instead.

Have you spoken with them on the phone KVR? Are they aggressive? I spoke with someone at Orbitz the other day that was too aggressive for my liking.

I haven't spoken with a rep at any on-line booking company. I just follow the on-line process and they send me my e-tickets and confirmation via e-mail. I haven't had any issues that I would need to speak with a rep by phone.
