Beach House Belize
 

Planning to travel to Ambergris Caye and am considering renting a beach house. Found a beach house called Beach House Belize. Does anyone have any information about this house or experiences of renting beach houses on Ambergris Caye. Also, was wondering if this property was north of the "Cut". Will be traveling at the end of March. Thanks

Katie, thanks for the suggestion. Found out that the beach house is in the Playa Blanca area of Ambergris. How difficult is it to travel from the north to San Pedro and back at night time? Is it safe? Thanks

You'll need a water taxi of course, which run regulary during the season. Boat travel and the area are both safe.

But keep in mind that water taxis get expensive. Regular "on demand" water taxis charge, I believe, US$10 per person each way to Playa Blanca, because it's pretty far north. So if a couple goes into town just once a way, it's US$40 a day. Playa Blanca is a beautiful area, though.
