BA trip - general questions

We are planning a one week trip in BA at the end of August. A few questions -
1. What is the weather like?
2. What is the best way to reach BA from EZE?
3. Recommendations on places to get a great steak?
4. How is the best way to get Boca Jr. tickets?

Thank you!!!

1-http://www.wunderground.com/global/stations/87582.html

2- Take a Remiss at the Airport. These are outside of Customs, not the taxi at the curb, but the VIP or World Car inside the airport.

3-La Cabrera
La Brigada

4- dunno..I won't go to one of those games, they spit!

You are welcome :D

Thanks for the tips, Scarlett. Ihad no idea they spit at the Boca games! Would you recommend going to any soccer games at all or are they just too crazy?

Also, typically how much is taking a Remiss from the Airpot to BA? We are staying at the Ayres de Palermo.

I have taken the remiss a few times and cannot remember the prices then but everything changes fast so they have gone up..but in US dollar terms- they are still cheap!

A friend went to a Boca game and the fans spit at the other fans and she said she needed an umbrella. Combined with the roughness of the crowd and fights, I have decided to just read about the games from a safe, dry distance :)

The fare from EZE to Palermo is 98 pesos using either VIP or World car Remis companies, both of which have booths located to your left as you exit customs. This rate was in effect in mid-june...subject to change due to inflation in Argentina....

Go to a River game instead. River is more civil and a better team.

:)

I mistakenly posted this on another thread....

Has anyone ever done the stadium tour offered thry tangol.com? I would love to see a match but if not would love to see the stadiums.
