Ay yay ay! Where should I go?
 
Please help. I'm looking to travel somewhere in Latin America that is relaxing and not too hot at the end of October. Interests are cultural, mountains, hiking, rain forest. <BR>Can't spend too much. My prelimnary list includes Oaxaca and Costa Rica. What do you think?
