Aventura Spa Palace Beach??

Does the hotel have rafts that you can use at the beach? What about beach umbrellas? Thank you.

I haven't been, but have seen threads here about the beach (or lack of). Do a text search on 'Adventura spa palace beach' and several will show up. Here's one that may help http://www.fodors.com/forums/threads...p;tid=34473328

Overall people really seem to like the place even though the beach isn't the greatest. Also check tripadvisor for more comments.

You can check out aerial views on locogringo.com. It's really helpful to see what the beach is all about.

Thanks MFNYC and peper131 for your input; however I was concerned with beach umbrellas and rafts not the lack of beach. Can anyone who has been to the Aventura answer my question. THank you.

the aventura palace does not have a beach really. there is a lagoon and sand with unbrellas though. But my husband and I went there for our honeymoon and then again two years later. we loved it there. (looking forward to going again). There are tours that will take you to actual beaches and playa de carmen is close by so you could go to hang out at the beach. but we did not miss not having a beach during our trip. too busy with other places to go.
