Anyone know what this cocktail is called?

While in Cancun I saw alot of cocktails go by that were tri-colored and layered. Bottom was red, middle and largest layer was yellow and top was green. In a tall glass. I should have ordered one. I did ask a bartender and he said it was a Blue Parrot, but when I got home and looked up how to make it I couldn't find anything on it. Anyone know? Thanks.

Dear sjde53:

Did you try this site:

http://www.1001cocktails.com/recipes/

You could also try, don't laugh, Ask Martha on marthasteward.com.

Good luck,

Oops! I meant marthastewart!!

Sue,

I saw on another thread that you are going to Cabo. Try a drink called a "Dirty Monkey" when you are there.

Dirty Monkey is usually rum or vodka, banana liquor, Kahlua, half a banana, crem or vanilla ice crem or milk---blend that all together and YUM-O!!!
