Another trip to Mayan Riviera, a mystical experience this time!
 

Hi, i'm just back in this traveler's forum world and just wanted to share with you that i'm pretty excited as i will be on the Mayan Riviera between the 20th and the 25th of March, and i already have my entrance for Chichen Itza on the 21st to be present during the equinox!!!

Well this experience was magnificent! Place was full and the light on pyramid was clearly a snake going down from stairs as sun starts hiding.

I just think it would have been even better if mexican government help with music background or anything...

how crazy was it, like how many people were there? how close could you get to the pyramid? Did you stay on site at one of the hotels at the perimeter of the ruins? I am dying to hear more.
