Another Nature Air luggage question

I am aware of the weight restrictions on Nature Air and I can live with that. My question is about the size of the ten pound carryon. I want to take a backpack and don't know if it will exactly fit the 33 inch dimensions. If it's under 10 pounds will I be okay?

Yes. Just be prepared, regardless of the size, to have to hold it on your lap.

I have taken good sized backpacks on board with no problem. They will weigh you with the pack on. Neither Nature Air or Sansa has had any issues with backpacks in my 3 trips.

Thanks. I don't understand why you get weighed with the luggage. How can they tell if the bag is 10 lbs. or not. What am I missing?

I've always been weighed with my bag. I would guess they probably just eyeball you and your bag; if you weigh in a lot heavier than your body type should be, maybe they'd ask to weigh your carry-on separately.

We didn't get weighed at all, but they did weigh our bags. They asked us to tell them our weight.
