Ambergris Caye Belize Hotel help needed
 

My daughter is headed to Belize this weekend and is looking for a hotel that is hopefully near Oasis Del Caribe where her friends are staying. If you are familiar with the hotels and could offer some suggestions they would be appreciated. She is hoping to find a room in the $75 range. Thanks for your help.

Hotel del Rio would be close. Pretty rustic, but it has its fans. Lily's is fairly close too. I've eaten at the restaurant several times, haven't seen the rooms. Blue Tang is close as well, but more like $110.00 per night. Spindrift is pretty ugly from the outside, but I understand the rooms are ok. Mayan Princess has rooms for about $100.00. It appears as if rooms jump from about $60.00 to over $100.00.

Sun Breeze is 100.00 with a pool, ac. cable tv, restaurant, etc.
