All inclusive with great food
My husband and I would love to try a mexican all-inclusive resort but I've heard that most of the time the food is mediocre at best. Can anyone recommend an all-inclusive with great food.

I hae never stayed at an all inclusive because I like good food. But the 2 with seemingly better than average food are the Royal Hideaway in Playa and LeBlanc in Cancun. (I'm assuming you are talking about the Caribbean side of Mexico here)
I like getting a room w/ breakfast included or booking a club level room. For instance if you stayed say at the JW Marriott Cancun, the breakfast buffet is so big you won't need to eat much if at all til dinner, and Cancun (or Playa too) is a great restaurant town, I like going out at night. The Hilton Cancun, and the Ritz also have club levels.

We spent a week at the Paradisus Riviera Cancun (south of Cancun airport) and found the food very good. There were 5 or 6 restaurants to go to in the evening (reservations required) if you didn't want to go to the buffet. Also, for breakfast and lunch there was one ala carte restaurant open. We have been to many all-inclusives (Iberostar, Allergro, Grand Palladium, etc.) and found this one had the best food of the all-inclusives we have stayed in.

We've been to several all inclusives (Grand Lido, Couples, Secrets, Sandals, Aventura Spa Palace, Iberostar, Breezes) and out of 23 Caribbean/Mexican vacations, we thought that Secrets Capri had the best food. We never had a bad meal there !! And, there are no reservations required for any of the restaurants.
