All inclusive resort reccomendations in Riviera Maya

I am looking for all-inclusive resort reccomendations in Riviera Maya. I will be traveling with my husband, 1 year old daughter, parents, sister & husband. We are looking for a resort with a nice beach (not rocky)good food, nice accomadations etc. We travel often and used to nice hotels. A friend reccomended Grand Bahia Princess Coba (European hotel?) and Iberostar Paraíso Maya. Can anyone comment on these or reccommend others? We really do not care which part of Riviera Maya we stay in as long as it is not too far from the airport as we will be traveling with a baby (we plan to hire a private taxi for transfer to the airport to hotel). Any and all resort reccomendations are appreacited.

The IB Maya is part of the Iberostar Paraiso complex. There are four family resorts ther ---the Del Mar and Beach----the Lindo and Maya. There is also the IB Grand which is adults only.
The Del Mar and Beach share all facilities. The LIndo and Maya share all facilities (except for two restaurants that are for Maya guests only). Other thean that the Lindo and Maya share pools, restaurants, bars and you can drink in either lobby. The Maya has three "privat pools" for Maya guests. They are small and behind the buildings.
The beach is shared by the complex. There is also a Commericial Center with some shops, a spa, disco, and some additional eateries.
Tje beacj os bog amnd beaitofi;/ Tjere are sp,e bog rpcks in the water, but they are easy to see and avoid.
I have not been to the Bahia, so I can't comment on that resort.
The Iberostar resorts are wondrful.

My family stayed at Barcelo Maya last 2 years & loved it. Search "Unofficial Barcelo Maya" for website that shows tons of pictures, etc. Great beach & offbeach snorkeling, good food, beautiful rooms & property. Just perfect!

Oh, forgot to mention we stayed at Colonial / Tropical part which is mid range & would that again. Also, they have a great water park for the little ones.
