all inclusive recommendations?
 

Hi All! I've been looking through previous posts and getting overwhelmed... My husband and I are trying to plan a 7-10 day vacation. After a few sightseeing trips we are looking forward to beach, snorkeling, golf, tennis, etc. and great food. I prefer smaller bungalows or low-rise hotels to large hotels and definitely need clean/safe. Can anyone recommend something for a June or July vacation? Our budget would probably be in the $350 or below range. We will be flying out of New York. Thanks so much!

$350? Including flights? what location, need more info and probably a much higher budget for all inclusive for a week.

Well $350 X 7 nights is $2450. It is quite possible to do 7 nights AND air in an AI for that amount. It will not be 5 star but will be decent. You will need to work with a packager, like Funjet or Apple and will most likely be on a charter. But, it can be done. Search around. June and July are sometimes the cheaper months also.

Where do I want to go? huh.. good question! I really don't know - Costa Rica and Belize are the places I hear about most - but I think it is rainy season. So I am really open to suggestions! Thanks!

Belize is AWESOME and so easy to plan and travel because it's English speaking and has a huge internet presence. Go for the most time you can get away since it shouldn't cost you near what you have budgeted.

Even though it's the rainy season (I prefer to say, "green season") in the summer, we found it to be a wonderful time to visit. It is hot and muggy (no surprise that close to the equator) but it rained almost exclusively at night. Fewer travelers can mean more choices, lower rates, and having places to yourself.
