All Inclusive in Cancun?
My husband and I and another couple are looking to visit Cancun sometime mid-december or early January (excluding Christmas and new years). We would like to stay at an all-inclusive for 5-7 nights with out spending more than $1,000 per couple. Staying just outside of Cancun would be ideal as I have read that it is more low key and tropical. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Good luck finding a good AI in Cancun for $500 per person or less. You might be able to get one at one of the 2 or 3 star hotels, but I'm not sure it would be good.
If you are looking to have a nice relaxing vacation in Cancun and want to go all inclusive (and want your food to be good), realistically, you will spend about $800-$1000 per person depending on how many nights you stay.

Sorry, hit post before I was through. Playa del Carmen has some nice AI hotels that will run you a little less than Cancun, but none that I know of for $500 per person for 5-7 nights. But, you should check out the hotels in that area.

January is the cheapest month to go on vacation I am going to P. Vallarta on Nov 28th and in Jan it is almost $1000
dollars cheaper. I can recommend another all inclusive which I have not been to but it is right next door to the Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach it is called the Riu Palace Right across the street is the mall I wrote about earlier. Check it out on trip advisor.com
