Advice On Cancun For 30 Yr Old Celebration!
Hello,
A couple of friends and I (all women)are planning a trip for May 2006 to Cancun. We are looking to stay in a hotel that possibly has an AI option, where there won't be a lot of kids running around or too many partiers (we prefer to do that away from our hotel), has a great beach and grounds in general as well as nice rooms (possibly suites/villa upgrades)and hopefully a spa...We don't want to totally drain our bank accounts but we're willing to spend a little more to make it all worth it....Are we asking too much???? After all, you only turn 30 ONCE! :) Thanks in advance for your input! |
If you don't want a lot of partying at the hotel, my advice is not to go to an AI. Check out tripadvisor.com for the best rated hotels in Cancun...

Royal Sands of the Royal Resorts. 2 bedroom/bathroom condos, beautiful beach and pools, immaculate grounds, restaurants and a spa. A timeshare that caters to families, does not allow the party crowd. Check it out on tripadvisor.com and royalresorts.com

The Royal Mayan (sister resort to Royal Sands); very nice 2 bedroom units, nice pool, restaurant and beach. The Royal Resorts enjoy an excellent reputation within the time-share industry. Have also stayed at the Gran Melia Cancun; a gorgeous resort with a fantastic pool and beach, and an all-inclusive option (not mandatory). Reviews available for both resorts on tripadvisor.com.

Honestly, the Omni would fit all you need. Great property, moderate pricing and an AI option. Yes, they also have a spa.
