ADO buses pricing
Hi ! Just checking their website which seems to be in Spanish only. However all their prices are shown as $. Does this mean US $ or their local Peso ?
Ok, I admit I asked a silly question. Have found out that they use $ as symbol for Peso. Prices in US $ would have been unrealistics.
Technically on $ is pesos two lines is Dollars but this is seldom followed in this computer age.
Yes, it can be confusing, but it is the amount that usually gives a hint. Is 500 pesos or 500 dollars logical for a modest posada room in a small town (for example)?
Other countries such as Brazil also use the $ symbol for their national currency. Happy travels. |
So glad you figured that out on your own, Fabio!
