accurate map??
 

I've been using Yourtravelmap.com. someone on this board had recommended it . I'm wondering if their driving times are accurate? has anyone used it before? It is quoting 1.17 hrs to reach Hermosa from MA. Then .2.37 hrs from Hermosa to SJ. do these times seem reliable?

There are 2 Playa Hermosas. One is central, near Herradura, closer to Manuel Antonio. The northernmost one, in Guanacaste, near to Playas del Coco is 4-5 hours from MA and the same from SJO. Be sure you know which Hermosa you are talking about!

The times seem reliable if you are looking for that Playa Hermosa (surfing) just north of MA.

I was thinking of the one in Guanacaste. That's why the times seemed off. Thanks for pointing out that there are two.

Further to the info that Shillmac has aleady given, on the yourtravelmap site the closest point listed to Playa Hermosa Guana would be Coco beach (aka Playas de Coco). I think the map is pretty accurate but as you have now observed not that complete for origins and destinations it calculates.
