Accomodation

I am looking for a nice beach front villa\hotel in Playa del carmen area for 2 adults and a 2 year old. I prefer a place which is not too noisy and don't prefer the all inclusive ones - liked the blue parrot, but saw reviews that it's too noisy in the night!
Any suggestions are highly appreciated!

You might want to include Playa del Carmen in the title of your post to get more people's feedback (I see you are new here, welcome to Fodor's forums).

Oops, forgot to tell you..."AI" means All- Inclusive
