Acapulco

Hi

We are 50ish and going to be going to Acapulco in Feb. Have read some not so good reviews regarding water, cleanliness
of city, etc. We love to snorkel. Does anyone know if there is any area close (and clean) to snorkel? Other than partying all night what else is there to do? We will be staying in condo in the Puerto Marques are.
Thanks

I stayed at the Boca Chica hotel a week ago and there is good snorkling there. Acapulco is a large Mexican city with real people - it is not a spic-n-span resort. You have to understand the economic realities and go with the flow. Better if you speak the language, as in any other travels. Gp

Hi Greg

Thanks for your response. What area is
Boca Chica?
Thanks

It's in the old area, next to Playa Caleta. Look up Boca Chica Acapulco. Gp
