7-8 Days in Panama. Suggested Itinerary?
 

Hi all,

I am traveling with a friend to Panama in December. We are flying in and out of Panama City. We will have 7-8 full days. We are interested in beautiful beaches, culture, and good nightlife. We also like activities such as zip lining, kayaking, hiking, white water rafting, etc. What would you suggest as a potential itinerary?

Probably Boquete and Bocas del Toro.

We are going in march-here is what I think our week will look like
Arrive fri 2 pm - Panama City
Sat- canal and old town
Sun - 5am San Blas Island (through Panama unlimited) stay overnight
Mon- return from San Blas 7 pm
Tues-fly to Bocas del Toro stay in Bocas town Tuesday night
We'd- boat to Bastimientos bocas del toro - stay Wed and Thursday night
Thu- bocas (Al Natural or red Frog bungalows?))
Fly out Friday am to Panama City maybe catch soberina national park
Sat depart

Pretty packed in- not sure if it's too much? Opinions?.
