5star (the name of the hotel)

Has anyone had any experience with 5star hotel? They seem to be a small boutique hotel http://www.fivebuenosaires.com/ I can't find it any guidebooks or review sites.

the website looks good, but be sure you like these real modern minimalist hotels. a bit too spartan for my taste.

I love the look of the website and the rooms. I enjoy boutique hotels, so much more appealing than these 2000 room places
I hope someone posts back here to tell about it, we are just beginning to do this research...sigh..sooooo much to read

Scarlett,

Five Buenos Aires is one of several new boutique hotels in Palermo Soho/Viejo. There are at least two others that I believe are superior to the Five Cool Rooms (The hotel has more than five rooms, but maybe only five are cool?).....the others are the Bobo and the Home hotels. As well, there is a new boutique hotel in San Telmo that is getting very good reviews.

drdawggy, on my way to look at those hotels now

I think I do not want to stay in San Telmo though ( do I?)
5 Rooms can be very cool, if one has a need for less people around them ~lol
