I'm not sure what your point is, Peter. Do you think that Canadians are being targeted? Do you have any idea how many Canadians are shot in Toronto in a given year? I can't remember the figures, but my husband recently read some stats - many more Canadians are injured or killed in the US in a given year than in Mexico.

Peter,

I think what Susan was trying to say is that, unfortunately, tourists get shot all over the world. tourists tend to stand out in foreign countries and should always exercise caution.

I wouldn't be surprised if more foreign tourists are shot in the US than any other country.

Sorry Peter, if I misunderstood. Your post said that the Mexican leaders were going to have to do something because 2 more Canadians were shot. That didn't seem like a cautionary note to tourists, but I obviously misunderstood you.
