1 month in Puerto Vallarta

Yeah for me! I am thrilled to share with you all that I will be spending 4 weeks in Puerto Vallarta soon. My stay will be at two different apartments in Old Town. The dates include both Halloween and Day of the Dead celebrations. It's still considered low season for both weather and tourists - hot, humid, with some rain and thunderstorms. I can't wait!!

Chance of rain in early Nov. is not very high.

one month! that's great. Enjoy!

Stewbear Sep 13th, 2017 05:25 AM

I personally always loved November in PV. Much more peaceful than later. Have a great time Amiga!

suze Sep 13th, 2017 07:17 AM

My trip is October, not November, this year.

baldone Sep 13th, 2017 08:47 AM

Well done, and well deserved, no doubt.

Actually Suze The Dias de Muertos fete is mostly in early November, but close enough either way. No Matter what I know you will have a great time. What is this trip in numbers for you?

suze Sep 13th, 2017 10:27 AM

ohfergoodnesssake!!! Yes i know when Day of the Dead is :-) I'm in town thru Nov 4th but MOST of the "one month" trip will be October.

Thank you kindly for the few people who have a nice thought for me. I appreciate it very much!

30+ stewbear.

A month is wonderful-hope you enjoy every single day.

wtm003 Sep 21st, 2017 05:43 AM

Very exciting! My husband wants to do this when he retires, so I'm looking forward to reading your trip report.

suze Sep 21st, 2017 07:23 AM

I'm happy to answer any questions you have, wtm003.

But I can pretty much write my trip report in advance because I do the same things every trip -lol- basically just kick around town.

My life in PV isn't all that much different than life in Seattle... except I don't have to go to work, drive a car, cook, clean, worry about anything, and it's sunny, warm, festive, fun, and relaxing every day!

Sassafrass Sep 21st, 2017 08:25 PM

Wonderful!

The post cards I mailed from the Post Office in Centro on May 16th arrived to my friends and family on Sept 23rd. I mail a few ever trip but think this time's a record!
