I seem to be having the same problem.
Posting a picture but it not showing up.
I don't see where to submit a post on destinations either.

Hi and welcome to Fodors

There is a feature on Fodors that does not allow new members to post photos or url links until they have a (small) handful of posts. It is so spammers can't take over the forums.

As long as you are logged in you can start a thread on any of the forums by clicking the 'New Thread' button. And you can post a reply on any existing thread just like you did here.

Take a look at some of the travel boards and look for topics that interest you. Before you know it, you'll be able to post your photo(s) - and good luck
