Zurich to Munich Trains option
 

I am researching how to book train tickets from zurich to munich . I found thetrainline europe -euro 38 and rail europe also euro 38 . But Bahn.com is euro 58 . I have no idea which one to choose . Ofcourse i prefer cheaper one but i worried it will make me trouble as i am from asia coming with sister and wanna make my trip smooth . Please help me advise for train option . Thanks

The train is run by DB, so I'd normally expect DB's website www.bahn.de/en to be the cheapest, with no added fees, and print-at-home tickets.

Trainline is a reseller, it links to both DB and SNCF, Raileurope is also a reseller, it uses the French system but if you mean raileurope-world.com not the North American raileurope.com they may also have a link to DB.

It sounds to me like budget is an important matter to you. If so, you might wish to reconsider Zurich - it's a very expensive destination (and some say a little boring.) A room for two sisters at the "Budget Hostel Zurich" goes for about CHF 120 - that's without breakfast, and you must share a bath with other guests. The rest of Switzerland is expensive as well.

You haven't given us the date of your trip. But I guess that 38 E is the price for the IC bus, operated by DB, while the 58 E. price is for the train, jointly operated by SBB and DB.

BTW. The bus should be faster (should: quite often there are traffic jams...)
