I don't think AA has an AC at Zurich - you'd be using the Swiss biz class lounge. Don't recall seeing showers there (but didn't look either as I live in Zurich).
There is an arrivals lounge (called Allegra I think) which has showers. Don't know if you can get in with an AC card though. The Swiss website might have a phone number for the lounge - I would give them a call.

OK just checked the Swiss web site and the main biz class lounge does have showers. The Allegra lounge appears to be usable by all passengers - I assume there's a charge though.
