ZACH FROM VENICE TO PARIS

At first I thought I would have Zach and his friend Trevor take the overnight train from Venice to Paris, but I read about discount airlines that make the trip. Does anyone have any thoughts on either of these options? What airlines fly from Venice to Paris? Is it really cheap? How does it compare to the overnight train?
Thanks
Gail

Hi, Zachs mom!
I did a quick look through cheepflights.us and found that one person can fly round trip from Venice to Paris for about $241-in June on Alitalia. The same flight was $500-something for April.
You might want to just check with Alitalia using the right dates and see what you can get first.
My son used discounters in NYC for flights TO Europe but we haven't much experience with it IN Europe.
Good luck and I think you should write a travel book, ZACHS TRIP by his MOM :)

Thanks for the information. I think I will write at book about his trips. I got luggage for my graduation. Zach gets a month in Italy. How times have changed. Oh well

If you can have them travel to Milan by train, he can fly straight to Orly from the Milan Airport on EasyJet.
We are doing this in June and it was about 50.00 a person. Go to Easyjet.com.

Good Luck
Mary
