By the way, one of the benefits of posting your opinions is receiving a free Zagat's Guide for the year for the area you comment on. I currently do them and receive the annual edition for New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Similarly, Michelin includes an evaluation card with each Red Guide.

I've often wondered how the public's feedback affects the published reviews. Surely Olive Garden fans can't be relied on for restaurant reviews in Montepulciano.
