Your Favorite Tapas Places in Seville, Ronda and Granada

We are heading to Spain in March and would like some suggestions on great places to eat in Seville, Ronda, and Granada. We'll be in Seville for four nights, Ronda for one night, and Granada for three nights. Thanks!

We had a most wonderful dinner in Seville at this restaurant in April of '09. My daughter wrote one og the first reviews on trip advisor. www.vineriasantelmo.com

Sevilla has got one of the best tapas scenes in all of Spain, and here are some of my favourites. Some of the places are also restaurants:

Eslava in the San Lorenzo district:

Fifty meters away, across the Plaza San Lorenzo, you'll find excellent Restaurante Az-Zait: http://www.tripadvisor.com/Restauran...Andalucia.html

Bodega Dos de Mayo two blocks down the street is also well worth a visit: http://www.tripadvisor.com/Restauran...Andalucia.html

In the atmospheric Arenal area, I can highly recommend Enrique Becerra and close by Bodega Antonio Romero. Here is also one of my absolute favourites in Sevilla, traditional and laid-back Bodegas Diaz Salazar in C/García de Vinuesa, 20. A branch of the very popular Mesón Serranito is in close by C/ Antonia Diaz, 11. The solomillo al roquefort tapas is to die for!

Mesón Serranito, the Arenal branch. The other one is in C/ Alfonso XII, 9 in the city center: http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaur...Andalucia.html

You should also excperience El Rinconcillo, the oldest tapas bar in Spain, dating back to 1670. Great local specialities such as espinacas con garbanzos (spinach with chick-peas) and arroz (a Sevilla style "paella"). http://azahar-sevilla.com/sevilletap...l-rinconcillo/

Azahar lives in Seville and gives great advice on tapas bars and restaurants by district: http://azahar-sevilla.com/sevilletapas/

Ronda: Bodega de San Francisco, El Lechuguita, La Esquina (right in front of Lechuguita, which is always crowded with locals), Bodega del Socorro, La Sacristía. Those are my regular places.
I have read a good review on Tragatapas, but have not been there.

"Sevilla has got one of the best tapas scenes in all of Spain” hardly when compared to Madrid, but there are some excellent options. You should take a look at www.exploreseville.com/tapas-bars.htm for the most knowledgeable review of tapas in Sevilla.

Here's another site I found, with pictures and descriptions: http://www.seville-traveller.com/spain-tapas.html

(I'm doing some research too!)
