One in Positano at the San Pietro hotel. All rooms are different and slightly erotic, but this one has a statue of a male Greek and the water flows from.....you guessed it. Really quite pretty and a big deep tub.

Rheinhotel Fischerzunft in Schaffhausen. Bidet and hot air drier built into bowl. Activated using elbows. If you're from Japan, this may be commonplace.

Not much about this hotel is.

Try the 'Washlets' in Japan ( Toilet/Bidet combination, some with heated seats )- they also have squatter type toilets in Japan too ( better than Turkish - but still hell if you have knee problems like me ). Try also some of the toilets in Goa - holes in the floor with a pig for waste disposal ! Urinals with wooden troughs that go for 3 or 4 feet outside the toilet & empty the proceeds onto the grass...

good discussion topic. recently moved to amsterdam and was squatting in a house that my friends are remodeling. the toilet room was so small that when you sat down, you could barely even close the door - nowhere to put the knees! the kicker about these european toilets is that they all have a different mechanism for the flush. whenever i go out and use the facilities in the bar/restaurant i'm always challenged when it comes to the flushing part of the task. every time without fail.
