Anything on a plinth looks better with a traffic cone on its head. So in addition to the clown shoes and leotard get yourself a Ministry of Transport approved hat. Its traditional.

So far - not sucessful.

I will of course wear a traffic cone on my head - and some pigeons are in for a shock.
