I'm still interested, Julia. no way he could have ridden over those cobbles with those injuries. yesterday's stage really was awful, and today's was pretty gruelling too. lots of falls again, not always in obvious places.
I'm beginning to warm to Sagan, how about you?

Sagan (interesting that spell check wants to write it as Satan!!!) has the makings of a great all-rounder. I have a soft-ish spot for Geraint Thomas, who is currently supporting Sky's Richie Porte. But with the mountains to come he may get his day in the sun.
In September the Tour of Britain stage 4 actually passes through my village en route from Worcester to Bristol. I've booked the day off work. 8 weeks - wonder if froome and Cab will be back in the saddle competitively by then.

that sounds fun, julia. I hope for your sake that both Froomy and Cav are back in the saddle by then.
I wonder why Sagan looked so grumpy at the end of the stage yesterday. He was second again, has the green jersey nailed on already, [all right he wanted the win, but still] and gave his sole compulsory interview in italian! Bizarre.
