I know how you feel, I felt the same! And you keep seeing the same apt on different websites. There is a small table in the corner of the kitchen. The apt is compact, but didn't feel small to me. IMO, plenty of room for up to 2 people. Good luck, I hope it's available for you!

Sidny, Thank you for the link to the Marais apartment. It looks great. How comfortable is the bed? It's so helpful to learn about an apartment from someone who's stayed there.

I agree! I thought the bed was very comfortable. Was it top of the line, 4-star hotel comfortable? Probably not (it's a pull-out couch). But I always woke up well-rested, without an aching back. And it was nice to be able to put the bed back in during the day and have all the living room space (it's a modern fold-out and easy to use).
