Working with Dolphin Hellas travel agency...
I know they've gotten good reviews on the forum. I'm trying to make some arrangements through them and we're averaging 5 days for an email response. Wonder if we'll ever get done at this rate, via email. I don't have an international calling plan. Any suggestions?

I've had excellent responses from Uli at Dolphin Hellas just over the past couple weeks. Her email is: [email protected]
Hope she is as helpful to you as she has been for me. |

I have also had wonderful results working with Uli at Dolphin Hellas. She responds to my email daily except on the weekend when they must be closed. She is very organized and easy to communicate with. I hope that your plans go well. AKNIC |
I too have had good service with Uli.
Here's a thought and I must admit that I am not absolutely certain about this but wasn't last week Easter for Greek Orthadox Church. If I am right with my dates Greece essentialy shuts down and it is no wonder you havn't had any responses to your E mails. |
I have also had prompt and excellent response from Uli at Dolphin Hellas. At first (in early April) it was sometimes as much as two or three days before I heard back, but most recently she has replied to me the day she received my message. (With the time difference, we're talking one day here - I e-mail her at night, she receives the message the next morning and replies that day.) Orthodox Easter is this weekend. According to her last message, they will be back in the office again May 2.

It's good to know that I am not the only one who did not have a good experience with this travel agency. Though they are highly recommended, I didn't like their service one bit. It took an average of 5 days for any response. And when it does arrive, not all questions are answered or answered correctly. Honestly, I would avoid. You can always try booking directly with the hotels. They all seems to have their website. Good luck
