Actually Take That will probably take their place.

After that it's all about Disney on Ice.

The word on the Greenwich street is that security for the concert was lacking - incompetent overpaid underworked bureaucrats not being able to get their act together.

It's owned by yanks, so yes; incompetence is certainly a possibility.

I take it you've never been to the food court at Lakeside or fitting room at any given Debenhams. Chaos.

We have queues here too, you know. But it's the armed coppers and security guards that force anyone to pay them any mind.

we'll see how queueless Brits become when entering the Led Zeppelin Stairway to Hea-hea-hea-ven concert IF it occurs and i'm predicting it will be cancelled.

there was no concert - it was cancelled at the last moment due to some security lapse

rather it was the first reunion of the Partridge Family in say 30 years

they're going on tour in U.K. i guess

"Hello, world, hear the song that we're singin'
C'mon get happy!"

Oh, thanks a lot, Pal. I had managed to almost completely forget the Partridges. Remember David Cassidy? He posed nude at some point. Eww. Cringe. Wretch. My older sister was completely smitten with him. Senility hit her early.
