Quite an old thread I know but just in case anyone is interested I discovered a chain in London called Bravissimo who do lingerie and clothing for women with above average bust sizes... They start from size 8 so cater to large and small frames. There are 3 London stores and another dozen scattered around Britain... well worth a look.

I know this thread is quite old already but in case any one of you can read this. I know a boutique in Derbyshire. They also offer lingeries and other clothing stuffs. The shop is at Nottingham Road, Alfreton Derbyshire, DE55 7LE. You can go to their place and ask for fashion advice. Their staff is really very polite and their lingeries are of good quality.
