Very interesting, ST

How many portraits and artists can you name?

((I))

Toupary Jun 7th, 2007 11:37 AM

VERY cool!

Ira, if they went a bit slower I could probably place quite a few. I'm better at telling you where I saw the painting than who painted it.

Wow, excellent !
Thanks for the link.

I too was thinking the same thing - that it should have been a little slower - and I recognised about 7 or 8 of the faces and about 4 of the artists. But I'll have another go when I have more time.

Fantastic! Thanks for sharing this graceful set.

Ira, I can recognize only a few and only the well known ones. Leonardo Da Vinci, Amedeo Modigliani, Henri Matisse, Raphael, Titian, Manet, Renoir, El Greco, Rubens, Salvador Dali, and of course, Senor Pablo Picasso :)

Very nice. Thanks, sandi_travelnut, for the post!

I'm like you, recognizing more where I saw them than who painted them. Now that so many are together, I never realized how few blue-eyed ladies there are in paint.
