Woin's best hotels in Paris, one per arrd

So... Trying to be helpful and not snarky for once, I'm giving you my favourite hotels in Paris, one per arrondissement, the one that I liked most.
I give the name, then the street then arronidssement then colsest metro.
You may have missing info sometimes.

Tuileries Saint-Hyacinte, 10 1er Tuileries
Nothing in my 'top' in 2d
Haut Marais Vertus 3e Temple
Neuve (hotel de) Neuve St Pierre, 33 4e Marais
Grands hommes Panthéon (place du, 5) 5e Luxembourg
Relais Médicis Odéon, place 6e RER B Luxembourg
Suède Vaneau 7e Sévres Babylone
Champs Elysees Artois, 2 8e George V/ St Phil du Roule
Arvor Laferriere 9e Saint-georges
Aida Marais Château d'eau, 19 rue du 10e Château d'eau
Fabric Folie Mericourt 11e Parmentier
nothing in the 12th that I consider as 'top'.
Max Alesia, rue 13 14e Alesia
Tourisme Avenue (hotel) Motte-Picquet, 66 av 15e motte Piquet
Villa Nicolo Nicolo, 3 16e Passy
Best western Mercedes Wagram 17e Wagram
Déclic Duhesmes 17 18e
Nothing in the 19th or 20th. Yet I slept in more than 15 hotels in thse 2 arr. Maybe the Scarlette was the one I found the most correct, but doesn't go into my favorites.

Thanks for posting; for me many of these hotels are ones that I have not heard of so it is good to have some additional options. I too very much like the Hotel Fabric and the Hotel des Grandes Hommes.

Ah.. but are they pricey ! We know you are a luxury traveller.. ( or on an expense account for work) , which of these top picks would you suggest for us who are poor ( or have to pay thousands in airfare just to get there!)

Can you throw us poor a bone! I trust your taste.. but not sure about your budget.

I pay on average about 100 € per night in these hotels, using discounts - one of the reasons I change hotels often is to get these big rebates.

I'm posting esp for you Justine my best quality price ratios.
