Winter ferry schedule from Dubrovnik
 

Several of us planning trips to Croatia next May would like to know the winter ferry scheudule from Dubrovnik to Stari Grad on Hvar. I got an e-mail from a travel agency saying it was Tuesday and Thursday, but I remember a report by Granny about taking the ferry on Easter Sunday. Does anyone know?

Then let's get this back up to the top and hopefully some of the posters who actually live in Croatia will find it and tell you what the scoop is. Most of the posts I've seen here say that there are a couple of travel agencies on the east coast who are real experts in Croatia. You may need to rely on them if you can't find a definitive answer here. Sorry I can't help. By the time I got my trip together the right schedule was on the site. Good luck.

I live in Zagreb, have just called Jadrolinija (+385 51 666 100 or +385 51 211 444) and have been told it is on Sunday and Thursday. Dubrovnik departure at 9am and Stari grad arrival at 4:15 pm.

I just got an e-mail from Jadrolinija and thought someone might like to know the winter schedule the other direction. The ferry leaves Split or Stari Grad to Dubrovnik on Tuesday and Saturday.
