I have to confess I didn't know who Stan S was but he was really lovely and shared some fantastic stories... I knew who the other 2 were of course :) I had an amazing day!!

Stan was the man in the day - had the most devastating serve so that his service games tended to be pretty short!

I even remember being there in 1987 when Jeremy and jo Durie won the mixed doubles - it was on centre court just after Pat Cash won the singles and then drew gasps from the crowd [and the officials] when he climbed up to the players' box to be congratulated by his family etc. [this is no great feat of memory BTW as I was 6 month's pregnant with DD].
