Will the latest travel caution issued by the U.S. State Department affect your European vacation plans?

U.S. Troops on high alert after what appear to be serious threats of terrorism against the US and its citizens. A terrorist connected with Bin Laden was aprehended in Spain, on his way up to France. What do you think?

Any thoughts or advice on this topic?

I travelled to Europe during Desert Storm, and Northern Ireland after the truce was ended.

I'm more likely to get hit by a Phoenix driver than get blown up at a Paris cafe.
