From what I remember - Spitalfields is open year round. Sundays are the busiest days so I would imagine Easter Sunday might be even more so. But why not check out the website to make sure?

I did and see no mention of Easter. I suppose that means they are open every week.

Shops over 3,000 sq feet may not open at all on Easter Sunday. This does not affect markets such as Spitalfields, which may trade normally.

Easter's not a particularly significant holiday in England - unlike Christmas and unlike Catholic or Orthodox Europe. Apart from the closure of large shops, life goes on like any other Sunday.
