Will I have time to make the tube from Heathrow
 

I will be arriving on a non-stop flight into Heathrow at 10:00 pm on a Thursday in October. I am staying at Harrington Hall. Will I have enough time from departing, collecting luggage, and going through customs to make the last tube, which stops running at 11:45 PM? <BR><BR>I do not want to take the Paddington Express because my hotel is located in South Kensington and I would be worried that I wouldn't make the tube connection there to the Gloucester stop. <BR><BR>Thanks for any info and input.

Traveling solo, I would take the Paddington Express and then a taxi from there to the hotel. (If there were 2 or more, I would book a car service.) The tube takes more than 45 minutes - even if you did make the last one. You would be getting to the hotel eall after midnight - do you really want to be schlepping luggage up and down tube stations and to the hotel at 12:30 AM or later?

Well worth a try, I think, but if not, there will be plenty of cabs.

I'm with Janis on this one. Heathrow express and a cab.

If your plane is on time and there are no unusual delays at immigration, you should be catching the tube by 11pm. The Heathrow Express and taxi from Paddington could be the back up if this fails.
