Dial 101-6868 before the usual numbers. You'll save loads.

I've been looking for an overseas provider, as well. Just checked getpennytalk and the homepage looks good, but I can't get past it--getting the "page expired" notice. Also, the fine print at the bottom says there's a 99 cents per month fee and a minimum of $15 on the charge card. Not unfair or unreasonable, just take note of it (if you can get through :)<BR><BR>Is there a Web site for the 10-6868 that gives the rates?
