Who has stayed at a Citadines Paris property?

The threads on this topic here are years old, so looking for some current comments and recommendations. We have a group of 4 looking for 5 nights in September, with the flexibility of a small kitchen, but a shorter stay that the one week needed for many standard apartment rentals. There may be other "apart'hotels" available, and I'd be glad to hear of those, but I'd also welcome comments on this option. The rates for these properties seem very different depending on location, at least from what I can find - which is not surprising. All experiences and recommendations welcome.

Haven't stayed but visited the one on the Seine with a view of Notre Dame. Very nice.

I have sayed at both the Citadines Prestige Les Halles Paris for almost 2 months as short term corporate housing and then at
Citadines Prestige Saint-Germain-des-Prés Paris fofast food a week. They both are fine but I hated the the Les Halles location since it is just ticky tacky fast food places. The real key is to choose one with a location close to where you want to be since you are going to pay a premium for the property over a hotel. But in terms of beds, services, etc. both were very nice.

haven't stayed at one, but the Adagio aparthotels are another choice. I think they have a good one over in the 15th. Citadines' properties aren't the same, it isn't just a matter of location, but the website makes that pretty clear. I think they rank some as 3* and some as 4*, or something (although I don't think they have official hotel star ratings).

here's the one I was thinking of

Sorry typing too fast-that should read: <<Citadines Prestige Saint-Germain-des-Prés Paris for a full week.>>

BTW-one weird thing about the Saint-Germain-des-Prés property is that some of the rooms are actually below street level because of how it is built, which I didn't love.
