Who are the

serious posters and who are the bullshit posters?

It seems as if there are many trolling type BS posts in here.

I think I know who the real posters that talk Swiss talk are.

God these trollers really do need a job or something. Do they sit at their computer all day and go: HOO HOO YUCK YUCK? LOL

Nothing wrong with mixing humor with a post, but some of these people need to get jobs. LOL

Is this a BS post or what?

What Jun 21st, 2001 01:11 PM

is this all about?

is there reason to believe that anyone who posts here is just making stuff up? there is such an army of gotcha police, that I dont think even the tiniest fraction of replies are bullshitting.

Greg Jun 21st, 2001 01:17 PM

Aaaahhh,You know the kind? Some of these posts are designed to lure people into an angry response. You know, like should I'd be worried about Gypsies kind of posts? Seems I heard the word "troller" to describe the author of that gem

ifitlookslikea Jun 21st, 2001 01:20 PM

All the serious posters are not named Greg.

Greg Jun 21st, 2001 01:26 PM

I'm a serious poster. I have been posting on the AOl forum for about 5 or 6 years. I'm not a know it all on Switzerland, but I know some about the Bernese Oberland area of Switzerland.

Also the Vallis area of Switzerland.

@@@@ Jun 21st, 2001 03:44 PM

Greg- Don't get me started on Gypsies! I worry about them continually!

frantic Jun 21st, 2001 03:51 PM

We are Gypsies, and we are really worried about @@@@! That guy scares the %%%% out of us!

Lotta Gue Jun 21st, 2001 03:54 PM

Greg Jun 21st, 2001 05:24 PM

>>>What is the AOL forum?

and who has a [email protected] e-mail address, I wonder?

Best wishes, <<<

If it helps in flammin', go for it.

Sun( How did I get blamed for bad mouthing Gypsys? And woman drivers also?? Sheesshhh) vol ;-D
Rex Jun 21st, 2001 07:19 PM

Huh?
Greg Jun 21st, 2001 07:47 PM

Whatdoyamean huh? Go back and read the posts again, if yah can stomach it. ;-)

Some people use false e-mails don't they?

Rosenatti Jun 21st, 2001 07:53 PM

Actually, Rex, the AOL travel forums are excellent. Not as good as Fodors, but much better than Frommers (which is veeeeery slow) and less juvenile than Lonely Planet. They are in fact the only intelligent thing AOL has to offer... except me....

Greg Jun 21st, 2001 07:59 PM

There is a sense of community in the AOL forums. I guess that sense of community is also here in the Foders forum as well.

Seems to be less trolling over at AOL though. People at AOL use real e-mails all the time.

I know most of the posters probably use their real e-mails over here also.

Rex Jun 21st, 2001 08:07 PM

My question is serious: WHAT is it? WHERE is it? Apparently it is something that is only available to AOL users? Isn't that antithetical to the very tenets of the internet?

and my "Huh?" meant - - why did you simply repeat my posting?
