Which train Depot?

Which train Depot?
We are leaving Paris, April 2009, to Lyon, France. Which train station should I go to. I have heard there are several stations and if you go to the wrong one it won't take you to Lyon. Any suggestions?

I usually check to see what station the train leaves from and arrives at by checking on www.raileurope.com
