just an interesting aside. I've been researching fares on renfe from Malaga to Cordoba and just the other day I found an ida y vuelta (round trip) at the club level for less than turista OR preferente! I sure hope I can snag those tickets when it's time, assuming they still offer them. for those that don't want to pay the high price for club, look for these web fares. they are quite the deal if you're able to get them! oh and btw, the fares I saw were a month out and you can look up to (and beyond, in some cases) 62 days in advance of your travel date.

hmmm, well, I had issues using a debit card. you must inform your credit card company that you'll be making a foreign transaciton. those are the only issues that I know of.
